Versuni, a leading home appliance company, announced today that Board Director, Haoyu Shen has been appointed Interim CEO, following Véronique Pauwels’ decision to step down. Mr Shen, a board member of Versuni since 2021 and a highly experienced retail CEO, will lead the business during the transition.

During Véronique Pauwels’ leadership, Versuni has continued its growth trajectory, investing in its commercial execution and the competitiveness and agility of its supply chains while finalizing the disentanglement. The firm has also continued its 130-year track record of bringing innovation into the home with new products, including the Baristina Espresso Machine and OneUp electric mop. Versuni has strengthened its position as a global leader under her leadership.

Haoyu Shen’s appointment is effective as of 27th October 2025.
